These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile interfaces, scheduling platform, fuel delivery services, membership programs, and any related content or products provided by Sneaker Vault LLC, doing business as REFUELD (“REFUELD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
1. DEFINITIONS
“Company” refers to Sneaker Vault LLC, doing business as REFUELD.
“Services” includes all mobile fuel delivery, scheduling, membership offerings, fleet services, marine fueling, generator fueling, emergency delivery, and all related digital tools.
“User,” “Customer,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or entity who accesses or uses the Services.
“Fleet Customer” refers to any business or organization using REFUELD to fuel company vehicles or equipment.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using REFUELD’s Services, you agree to:

REFUELD may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
3. SERVICE AREA
REFUELD currently operates exclusively in the State of Connecticut.
Service availability may vary by region and may change at any time.
4. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
REFUELD provides mobile fuel delivery for:
Personal vehicles (cars, SUVs, trucks, vans)
Fleet vehicles
Boats (dockside fueling)
Generators
Condos, apartments, private communities
Workplace lots
Emergency / priority refill requests
All fueling is performed by trained technicians following strict safety protocols.
5. USER ACCOUNT
To use the Services, you must:
Create an account
Provide accurate personal information
Maintain at least one valid payment method (via Stripe)
Be 18 years or older
You are responsible for:
Keeping your password secure
All activity under your account
Updating payment information
REFUELD is not responsible for unauthorized account use.
6. PAYMENT & FEES
REFUELD uses Stripe to process payments.
You agree to pay:
A. Membership Fees
Month-to-month subscription
Auto-renews until canceled
Includes 4 deliveries per month
Unused fills do not roll over
No refunds for unused membership benefits
Cancel anytime (renewal stops on next cycle)
B. Overages
After 4 included fills, additional fills are $8 each
User receives a notification before the overage charge
After acknowledgment, REFUELD charges the payment method on file
C. One-Time Delivery Fees
$15 service fee applies to all one-time fills
Minimum 1 gallon charged per delivery
Even if vehicle requires less than 1 gallon, the service fee still applies
D. Emergency / Priority Fee
Same-day or urgent fueling: $10 priority fee
E. Additional Fees
You may be charged for:
Travel/out-of-area fee
Cancellation within 8 hours of appointment
No-show fee ($10) if we cannot access the vehicle and cannot reach you
Parking lot access issues causing delay
Gate code errors or restricted entry
Unsafe fueling conditions requiring cancellation
7. FUEL PRICING
Fuel prices fluctuate and REFUELD may adjust pricing at any time without notice.
User agrees REFUELD does not guarantee:
Lowest market prices
Fixed or locked-in pricing
Price matching
REFUELD provides high-quality standard gasoline purchased from licensed suppliers.
8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users must ensure:
Vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible location
Vehicle is turned OFF
Fuel door is unlocked and accessible
No pets, children, or individuals are near the fueling area
Correct fuel type (87 or 93) is selected during booking
Accurate vehicle and location information is provided
REFUELD is not responsible for:
Wrong fuel selection made by the customer
Locked fuel doors
Blocked vehicle access
Unsafe or non-compliant fueling conditions
A no-show or cancellation fee may apply if fueling cannot be completed due to customer error.
9. WEATHER & SAFETY CANCELLATIONS
REFUELD may cancel, reschedule, or refuse service due to:
Severe weather (snow, ice, storms, lightning, flooding)
Poor lighting or unsafe conditions
Hazardous surroundings (construction, traffic, obstructions)
Inaccessible vehicle (blocked, gated, towing, etc.)
Customer not following required safety instructions
A fee may still apply if a technician arrives but cannot safely complete fueling.
10. DAMAGE OR FUEL CONTAMINATION CLAIMS
If you believe REFUELD caused:
Fuel contamination
Vehicle damage
Incorrect fuel type delivery
You MUST:
Notify REFUELD within 24 hours of delivery
Allow REFUELD to inspect the vehicle using our own mechanic or authorized partner
Provide reasonable access and documentation for inspection
If you fail to notify REFUELD within 24 hours OR refuse inspection:
REFUELD is not liable for damages
If REFUELD is found responsible:
REFUELD may arrange repairs at REFUELD’s expense
OR reimburse the customer up to the amount of REFUELD’s own repair estimate (if the customer chooses their own mechanic)
11. FLEET FUELING TERMS
Fleet Customers agree:
REFUELD may fuel vehicles without the customer present
Customer must provide and regularly update vehicle/asset lists
REFUELD is not responsible for unfueled vehicles not on the list
Customer is responsible for all property permitting, licensing, and fueling approvals
Failure to provide safe access or updated vehicle lists may result in fees
Priority fees may apply during fuel shortages or high-demand periods.
REFUELD may use the fleet customer’s name and logo in marketing unless written objection is provided.
12. REFUNDS
Refunds are only allowed when:
A one-time service was not delivered
REFUELD determines at its discretion that a refund is appropriate
Membership fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Unused fills do not carry over to the next month.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, logos, website elements, illustrations, text, software, and media belong exclusively to REFUELD / Sneaker Vault LLC.
Users may not:
Copy
Reproduce
Reverse engineer
Distribute
Modify
Frame or scrape REFUELD content
REFUELD may use:
Reviews
Testimonials
Photos submitted by customers
Feedback or suggestions
for marketing and service improvement.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
REFUELD is not liable for damages caused by:
Locked fuel doors
Incorrect fuel selection
Vehicle siphoning or theft
Third-party access to vehicle
Customer negligence
Environmental exposure
Weather or access limitations
Failure to follow safety instructions
REFUELD’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that specific service.
User agrees REFUELD provides Services “as-is” and “as available.”
15. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REFUELD and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
Your use of the Services
Your breach of these Terms
Your violation of any laws or rights of third parties
16. ARBITRATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in:
West Hartford, Connecticut
No class actions or consolidated claims are permitted.
Users waive:
Jury trial
Ability to join class-action lawsuits
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
