William Jackson
President/Founder
William Jackson is a driven entrepreneur, designer, and brand builder based in Connecticut, known for creating innovative, aesthetically sharp businesses that blend creativity with everyday convenience. With experience in art, collectibles, marketing, design, and consumer services, Will has built brands such as ArtzByWill, LifestyleXMarketing, and most recently REFUELD, a premium mobile fuel-delivery startup redefining how drivers stay fueled in Connecticut.
Will graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a degree in Graphic Design, where he developed a strong foundation in visual communication, branding, and digital experience design. His background in design directly influences his approach to entrepreneurship—every business he creates prioritizes clean presentation, user experience, and modern simplicity.
Outside of business, Will enjoys staying active and plays basketball in local men’s leagues, bringing the same competitiveness and discipline from the court into his entrepreneurial work.
He founded REFUELD after recognizing how much time people waste driving to gas stations and how inconvenient traditional fueling is for busy professionals, families, and fleet drivers. Seeing a gap in the market for a premium, reliable, app-like service that brings fuel directly to the customer, Will created REFUELD to make fueling easier, faster, and more affordable. The mission is simple: give people their time back, save them money, and provide a service that feels modern and effortless.
